Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center
Our 86-bed skilled nursing facility is located in the beautiful Ozark rural countryside just outside of Tuscumbia, MO., the heart of Miller County. In addition, there is a rehabilitation unit, outpatient and inpatient therapy, and an Alzheimer’s & Dementia Special Care Unit which opened on September 3, 2013.
We also offer a wide range of healthcare services and hospice. Skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are also under Medicare Part A and B, Medicaid, and managed care programs, private insurance, or private pay.
